01

about us.

Hutton Care Partnership (HCP) provide a safe, structured and positively supported home environments for young people aged 16 plus, in which they can work through that all-important, and sometimes challenging, transition from dependent to independent living. To facilitate this, we utilise keyworkers and key working sessions, one to one and group activities, monthly reports and assessments, as well as other resources, tools and services to provide a comprehensive service as possible to our young people that we support.

Health & Wellbeing

We promote a healthy lifestyle in a non-smoking, drug and alcohol free environment. Our young people can enjoy healthy meals, activities such as yoga, meditation and sports as well as free access to the gym* and therapeutic services.

2

Life Skills

We work with each of our young people to build an individual life skills programme. This covers key topics ranging from sexual and mental health, through to budgeting, shopping, cooking + many more.

3

We offer a minimum of two group activities per week, in addition to our young people’s individual activities. From cinema trips to football matches, we work with our young people to provide the activities they most enjoy.
